This policy explains what Social Fusion ("we", "us") collects when you use our app at app.socialfusion.tech and our mobile app, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Account details
Username, email address and a password (stored in hashed form). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google.
Content you create
Videos, shorts, stories, live streams, comments, messages, polls and profile information you choose to post or send.
Usage and device data
How you use the app (for example videos watched), device type, app version, IP address and error logs. We use this to run the service, recommend content and prevent abuse.
Payments
If you use paid features, payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To provide, secure and improve the service
- To personalise your feed and recommendations
- To provide AI features such as translation and dubbing, which may process your content with third-party AI services
- To detect fraud, spam and policy violations
- To contact you about your account
Advertising
The mobile app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device advertising ID to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run Social Fusion (hosting, Google sign-in, advertising, payments, AI processing), when required by law, or to protect users and our service. Content you post publicly can be seen by other users.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and delete your content in the app. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and data, email mohmmadsarfraz57@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security and retention
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored on servers we control. We keep data while your account is active and delete it after you ask us to, except where we must keep it for legal or security reasons.
Children
Social Fusion is not for children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for major changes, notify you in the app.
